Check if your client configuration file has keys & certificate value.  It should not have this line below.

—–END CERTIFICATE—–
</ca>
<cert>
paste client certificate data here
</cert>
<key>
paste client key data here
</key>
resolv-retry infinite
nobind

Resolution:

In OpenVPN, click Advanced Settings.  Next, click Content modification of Keys & Certification

Click Save.

Click Apply.

Click Export.  You’re done!  Now your client configuration file should have the keys and certificate value.
